The Craft Place is an online store and all customer service is handled through the website or by phone. Many Frequently Asked Questions are answered below but if you have additional questions please telephone us at 888-283-4721 or 616-364-5537, Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm EST.

If your call is received after hours or during a time of busy call volume, please leave a detailed message so the best qualified representative can return your call the next business day.

What are your usual delivery times?

Items that are in stock normally ship within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Items that are not in stock normally take less than 7 business days to ship. You will be notified by e-mail or phone if there are any delays (beyond estimated ship times) in fulfilling your order.

Do you have a printed catalog?

We don't currently have a printed catalog of the products we sell. All information about the products we sell is available on this website.

Do you have Special/Rush Orders?

Special Orders and/or Rush Shipments can be requested by calling Customer Service or sending an e-mail to Sales via our contact page.

Do you do International Orders?

Currently, we cannot accept or ship orders outside of the United States. However, shipments to Canada may be possible with additional shipping. To request a shipment to Canada, please call customer service or sending an e-mail to Sales via our contact page.

What is your Phone Number?

TheCraftPlace.com is a web store and all service is handled through the website. Your order may be submitted securely through the website. If you are unable to submit your order online, we will accept order requests via fax to 616-855-1975 or telephone at 888-283-4721 Mon-Fri between 9am and 5pm EST. Please provide an email address with all faxed orders so that we may email you a confirmation of your order and order total. You may send your questions, ideas and comments about the site, our products using the form on the Contact Us page. 

What is your Privacy Policy?

What is your Return Policy?

Thecraftplace.com guarantees that all products sold are of the finest quality and free from defects. If there is a defect with a product you have ordered, it can be returned within 15 days and a new item will be sent to you. If after inspection of your order, you no longer want an item, you may return it to us (at your expense) for a refund or replacement as long as it is within 15 days of the shipment date. The product must arrive back to us unused and in the original wrapping or container. Merchandise should not be returned without prior approval. To notify us of a return, send an email via our contact page.

Credit will be given for the original purchase price less a restocking fee for any original shipping charges paid in excess of standard chipping (unless the order was defective or an incorrect item was shipped). Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip. After a returned item has been received, it will take between 2 and 3 weeks to process. Refunds will appear on your credit card billing statement.

How does sales tax work?

6% sales tax will be added for shipments to residents of Michigan. 

How does shipping work?

The Craft Place will ship anywhere that FedEx, UPS, or USPS delivers in the United States (excluding some parts of Hawaii and Alaska). Please note that FedEx is unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Military Bases. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number at the time your order is shipped.

Are your products available in any physical retail stores?

Some of the products we sell are available in retail stores but we do not keep a list of these locations or what products are available.

The Craft Place does not have a publicly accessible retail location at this time.

Some larger orders, heavy, oversized or bulky items may exceed FedEx and USPS dimensional weight thresholds and require additional dimensional weight shipping charges. We will notify you immediately if additional shipping charges apply. 

What methods of payment do you take?

We currently accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Payment by check or money order are also accepted by arrangement. Additional methods of payment such as PayPal and ApplePay are in process and will be accepted in the near future.
